Together with Cheryl Jones, mindfulness author and industry leader, you’ll explore what mindfulness really is, how to practice it, and what its benefits are. She’ll help us to debunk the myths and get to simple, practical ways you can empower yourself with mindfulness to increase effectiveness and create well-being.
During this Power Boost session, you’ll learn to manage distraction, and improve mental fitness, so you can thrive at work and in life. You’ll discover how to arrive with a skillful presence and cultivate compassion to build strong relationships. You’ll be able to develop more trust in yourself, so you can see clearly what the moment is calling for.
Lastly, you’ll strengthen your ability to listen to yourself, say “yes” to what matters, and use your voice to lead at work, at home, or in your community.
