Leading Mindfully: Finding Peace in Times of Chaos and Emotional Challenges

The demands and stresses of our lives can easily pull us away from our intuition, natural wisdom, and heartfulness. What if those same demands and stressors can lead us straight to our freedom? Through the practice of stillness and awareness our mental habits can change, unleashing acceptance, curiosity, and compassion for ourselves and others.

This session on Leading Mindfully: Finding Peace in Times of Chaos and Emotional Challenges with Michelle Gale is for those of us wishing to cultivate wisdom in the course of our day to day lives. It is an invitation to practice awareness regardless of the situation we find ourselves in. Surprisingly enough, our relationships, places of business, and life at home invite us into deep investigations into living our most authentic lives.

Michelle is Chief of Staff at Autodesk, Advisor to the Wisdom 2.0 Conference, and facilitator with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute. Her experience combines over two decades working in high-growth technology startups.

Join us for this insightful session to kick off spring with renewed focus and clarity!
