Naked Communication: Ask for What You Really Want… At Home and At Work

As women, we’re often taught to put others first, not to rock the boat, and to play by the rules.  Sometimes we lose ourselves, and our voice, in our desire to keep the peace and not disappoint people. While being generous and open-hearted is a huge asset, it can also cause us to become resentful and exhausted.

When we learn how to clearly articulate what we want and need in our lives, we have the ability to step into our leadership at a new level. We have the ability to create deeper intimacy in our relationships. We have the ability to be courageous and effect change. We have the ability to live more fully as our truest, “naked,” selves.

Sage B. Hobbs, Author of Naked Communication and an Emerging Women Team Member, will show us how to make powerful requests that can transform how we show up in all areas of our lives. In this Power Boost, she’ll guide us through a 4-step framework that will unleash our communication superpowers and give us the freedom to ask for what we really want.
