Overcoming Creative Slumps: Maximizing Peak Performance and Implementing Long-Lasting Change

How do you train your mind to become more resilient? What physiological strategies can build resilience during critical moments?

If you’ve recently panicked from obsessing over your stock portfolio, gotten passed over for a promotion, or been furloughed due to COVID-19, your mood, focus, performance, and decision-making skills probably dipped lower than you 401k.

Resilience is fundamental to successfully navigating those inevitable challenges in sports, business, and life.

During this Emerging Women Power Boost, Dr. Leah Lagos, Psy.D, will identify four strategies to help you cultivate resilience even during times of uncertainty and challenge. She’ll help you maximize your sleep, energy, and heart rate — all factors that impact your peak performance.

Dr. Lagos has spent nearly a decade coaching famous athletes, musicians, artists, doctors, and business professionals on how to achieve success by cultivating resilience with deliberate, intentional efforts. And now she’s here to show you how to scale these strategies to maximize your energy in life and business.
