What women are up against today

“It’s not that so many women are feeling lonely at their job, but they feel lonely because of their job.”

–Ann Shoket, CEO of TheLi.st

32 %

are more likely to experience burnout than men

2000000

have left the workplace since 2020

78 %

of people affected by autoimmune diseases are women

42 %

of women report being burned out

87 :100

For every 100 men promoted from entry level to manager, only 87 women are promoted

1 in 8

experience depression in their lifetime, twice the rate of men

If You Are Like Many Women Today, You May Be…

1

Stuck in survival mode

Burnt out, tired, and quite likely tired of being tired
Having to fight to simply stay above water

Living reactively and can’t find time to really tune into your vision, strategy and what you really REALLY want for your life and work

Depressed and anxious, chasing success

Exhausted by all of the DOING and not enough BEING – too much crossing off the list and not enough meaning making along the way

2

Thinking Small

Holding back, staying quiet, and playing small in order to fit in

Fearful of speaking up and using your voice

Feeling like you have to work twice as hard as others to be seen and heard above the noise (of an old outdated model that rewards the loudest or most aggressive in the room)

Putting a cap on what you think is possible before you even give it conscious thought

Hesitant to see yourself as a “leader” (isn’t that for only for extroverts?)

Feeling held back by limiting patterns and “loyalty” to your inherited familial behaviors – which helped you to survive but are no longer serving you

Having a hard time really stepping into and living your vision

3

Paralyzed by the unknown

Anxious about not being clear

Pressure to have it all figured out

Fear of risking failure

Wondering why you continue to get “pigeon-holed” into work that you are good at but don’t love (while also feeling guilty because if you are good at it, you “should” love it, right)?

4

Isolation

Feeling alone and lonely on your journey to greater leadership expression

Wishing you had more of a strong support circle of powerful women also in the arena for more encouragement and connection

The overwhelm of building your business keeps you from reaching out for support

Feeling shame that comes from comparing yourself to other business-building women

One of the biggest things I have gotten out of this program is learning how to use my voice. To not be afraid to put my opinion out there and to make my thoughts heard. This can be a scary task to someone new in their career, but this program gave me a safe place to practice speaking my thoughts and then take those thoughts and morph them into actions.

Past Participant

It’s time for women’s voices to be heard.

It’s time for us to step up and out, to commit to playing a bigger game—one that reflects our version of success and leadership.

We need to lead with our stories, experiences, and the truth of who we are.

We need to embody conscious leadership that is rooted in connection, feminine power, and authenticity.

We need to ensure that innovation and power structures represent the true human experience.

Why now?

Women have been on the economic and emotional front lines in the pre, during and post-pandemic era. More women are being relied upon to hold the emotional health of their teams, families, communities, and at work.

Add to that, the looming global threats affect us more intensely and quickly because we tend to be major caretakers.

Workplace culture has normalized long-term burnout.

So, how do we evolve into greater positions of leadership so we can create the kinds of change we want to see in the world, without feeling stretched too thin so we have nothing left?

We double down on our self-care.
We own our voice.
We get connected with other women.
We break free of our limiting beliefs about our power and potential.

We step forward to imagine — and actualize — a different way to lead in life and work that works for women and the people we love.

Now is the perfect time to reinvent what we mean by leadership and live into the kind of success that is reflective who we truly are.

Dear Emerging Women,

As I write this I am acutely aware of my own journey as an Emerging Woman.

It took me many decades to see how the version of success presented to me as a young girl led to my habit of hiding my feminine power and stifling my full human expression.

Play it safe, work to fit in, and prove your worth were the messages I internalized in my youth and wow did they set me back.

It is hard to be successful without taking risk and experiencing failure — and this is also true of our inner journey. When it became clear that fitting in and constantly proving was exhausting my resources, I was ready to take some internal risks.

Risk #1: Identifying what I really wanted.

What did I want to create, express, and live in this lifetime? And what if these desires don’t match up to the desires that others — my boss, parents, spouse, children — have for my life?

I found that I was willing to risk the fall out, because the impact of living a life prescribed to me involuntarily (if subtly) had greater negative consequences. Now the unapologetic question of “What do you really want?” has become the cornerstone of not just my life, but of all of our programs here at Emerging Women.

Risk #2: Believing in myself.

What did I have to lose? I had already exhausted the kick-in-the-ass inner-critic approach where I questioned my worthiness and subjected myself to the paralyzing practice of toxic success comparison. And believe me I worked it. Hard.

The downside to the risk of believing in myself is the regret over not believing in myself earlier, of not seeing that I was enough just as I am.

Now I no longer see myself or anyone else as a project to fix, because clearly we are not broken.

Now I am my biggest fan — even when I fail.

Risk #3: Trusting in the universe.

OK, truthfully, I am still working on this one! The risk here is that I will not know everything all the time and I won’t control everything all the time. But guess what? This lack of trust is what led me to burn out.

The universe is built to support our intentions and attentions. The more we trust, the safer we feel, the more energy and inspiration we have to create and express.

My practice now is: See the ways in which the universe loves me. Trust. Create. Repeat.

So, what happened when I risked getting real about my desires, believing in myself, and trusting that the universe would support me?

I left a lucrative and successful career at one of the top spiritual publishing companies in the world and a mentor that I admired with all of my heart, and — with not a dime in savings — I lept and launched Emerging Women. My youngest son was 2 ½ years old and I was the major breadwinner in my marriage.

Gulp.

And yes, the universe showed up. Big time.

Emerging Women is now a multi-million dollar women’s leadership company whose reach extends to over 25 countries across the globe, multiple Fortune 100 corporations, and over 50,000 women worldwide.

We have had Radiant Leaders such as Brene Brown, Jane Goodall, Arianna Huffington, Alanis Morrisette, Janet Mock, Reshma Saujani, Liz Gilbert, Ani DiFranco, Alicia Garza, Eve Ensler, Terrerai Trent, Gabby Bernstein, Danielle LaPorte and so many others grace our stage as part of our Emerging Women live events, and the ripple effects of our outreach continues to grow.

And today It is my greatest honor to invite you to the Radiant Leader Mastery Program for Leadership and Life, so that we may continue to risk together, to leverage our collective leaps in the reach for a model of success that is restorative, nourishing, and altogether more powerful than we could ever imagine on our own.

This experience is for women like you and like me who are wanting to create a new paradigm for leadership in the world, one that integrates the feminine perspective and leverages the graceful power of the whole of us.

Sincerely,

Energy—NOT hours labored—is the strongest currency we have for the work we do in the world. This is Radiance.

Like the sun, the Radiant Leader draws life inward, inspires growth, and emphasizes interconnectedness. Radiant Leader Self-Assessment Tool

We integrate the Leadership Circle Profile tool into the Radiant Leader curriculum to assess your leadership style when you are in both reactive and creative modes. This assessment process is one of the most powerful tools we use to help you celebrate the whole of who you are, including the benefits and challenges of your habitual limiting patterns.

By integrating the findings of your self-assessment into the Radiant Leader experience you will develop more awareness about your unique leadership identity. Your wholeness will become a source of power, nourishment, natural expression, and Radiant Leadership.

Are you ready to step into a higher level of self-actualization and share more of YOU with the world?

We can’t wait to welcome you into this powerful, life-changing program.

The core curriculum

The Radiant Leader Mastery Program focuses on three areas of development.

Much of the current paradigm for success and leadership focuses on the individual ability to “pull yourself up by your bootstraps” and be able to achieve superhuman feats all by yourself. This has created a culture where those aspiring to high levels of leadership are trained to stand out, publicly tout their accomplishments, share their wins, and ensure they get credit for all of their work.

We, however, are creating a new paradigm for success and leadership, one that begins with a healthy authentic you, supported by a true sense of belonging, and radiating much-needed change into the world through what you do.

I

Self-Actualization and Personal Power.

Radiant Leadership begins with a healthy “I”. The experience attends to your personal story, intentions, authenticity, and Native Genius ©, creating a strong foundation to understand who you are, what you want, and what’s holding you back from getting it.

We

Connection and Relationships.

Healthy self-understanding and expression allows the capacity to come together with others, connect more deeply, get the support you need, and feel fulfilled with a real sense of belonging. The community we create in this experience is a powerful container for exploration that ripples out to all your relationships.

The World

 Influencing and Innovating our Environment.

When strong “I”s come together in a healthy “we,” magic happens. With the right tools and support, you will begin to see the impact you want to have manifesting in your work, your creations, your endeavors, your life. New possibilities and routes to get there will emerge that you never thought possible.

This program transformed me: I found my courage. I shocked myself by speaking up in a room of men and fighting for what I believed was right, even when it was unpleasant. That got the attention of my boss and he gave back what had previously been taken away from my team. I was taught to be ‘nice’ and would have never done anything like this, previously!

Empowering Women to Connect, Grow and Lead

Chantal’s mission is to increase women’s leadership across the globe. Her ultimate vision is to weave feminine perspectives and authenticity into businesses and to create a world where women have a strong voice in the shaping of our future.

After earning an MBA from the University of Colorado, Chantal left a career in medical device manufacturing in search of work that would align her dedication to transformative leadership with her passion for living an inspired, impactful life.

In September 2012, she founded Emerging Women, a global leadership and media platform that serves over 70,000 women worldwide and has advanced women’s leadership within Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as HP, Oracle, and more.

Prior to Emerging Women, for over a decade, Chantal served on the executive team as the VP of Sales and Marketing for Sounds True, a multimedia publishing company focused on spirituality, personal growth, and holistic living.

Chantal harnessed her love of dance to create Soul Sweat, a joyful movement class that is currently taught by teachers across the country. She has continued to deepen her spiritual, personal and professional growth by diving deep into mindfulness meditation and Transformational NLP, all of which has helped to illuminate her core values:

  1. No one is broken. Any limit or block, when approached with respect and explored with curiosity, can bring us into more authenticity, wholeness, growth, and expansion.
  2. Embodiment is key. Our bodies have deep wisdom that we have to bring with us into all areas of our lives.
  3. Yes, we must first heal ourselves. But then, we must bring our whole selves into service of shaping our future.

Chantal is a sought-after speaker delivering keynotes at The Grace Hopper Celebration, Wisdom 2.0, and many other stages where women’s leadership is critical to the conversation.

When she is not dancing, hiking, or working to empower women around the world, Chantal enjoys family time with her husband and two sons in Boulder, CO.

Please get in touch with radiantleader@emergingwomen.com as we may have some flexibility with scheduling.

Absolutely not. In general, missing a few scheduled events will not impact the quality of your experience. The Power Circles are generally not recorded and are the hardest part to miss, but life happens and we understand an occasional planned or unplanned absence. If you foresee missing more than this, please reach out to radiantleader@emergingwomen.com with questions and we’ll help you determine if you should consider enrolling at a different time.

Of course! We will do our best to match call times with participants’ time zones. However, we realize that the scheduled times might not always be convenient for everyone across all time zones. Live participation is strongly recommended for the best experience.

Yes and No.

The Immersions and Community Workshops will be recorded and uploaded to our private online community portal.

Power Circles are small, intimate groups (no more than 6-7 people) where participants all share their personal reflections on the Radiant Leader materials. For this reason, we typically do not record Power Circles, though this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis with the group and facilitator.

We match you with a circle of peers based on various factors like work/life experience and level of impact. We believe in the potential of diversity and aim to match entrepreneurs with executives and women from different industries. This ensures maximum benefit and expertise for all participants. We also take into account time zones to facilitate live call participation, which is highly recommended.

Absolutely! Many people who have gone through this program receive partial or full financial reimbursement from their organizations.

For information on corporate sponsorship, please contact radiantleader@emergingwomen.com.

You may cancel your participation up to 30 calendar days before the start of the course and receive a full refund of the price you paid. We generally do not offer refunds after the course begins, but you may be entitled to a credit toward a future course.

Cancellations and refunds for emergency circumstances outside those described above, are assessed and resolved on an individual basis.

Please contact radiantleader@emergingwomen.com if you have any questions.

Reliable Internet access, Zoom (with video), and Slack

Yes, all participants will receive access to our private, online community. You will be able to access a library of course content, community call recordings and other Radiant Leader materials there.

No. Radiant Leader is best experienced with live attendance to all the scheduled events. If you are not able to commit to being at most of the live events and particularly the circles, then we don’t recommend taking the course.

Please contact radiantleader@emergingwomen.com with your questions/ requests and we will ensure that you receive support.

Joule L’Adara

“Chantal Pierrat masterfully facilitates potent and vigorous transformational sessions for women leaders. Through a process of deep listening, she assisted me in identifying the kernel of my truest inner calling, suggesting a way of moving through my career I hadn’t thought of. I’ve been able to step out of what feels merely comfortable and forge a new route forward, opening up a realm of professional possibilities I now feel authentically aligned with.

Joule L’Adara,

New York City, Founder of The Sounding Group

I was amazed at how quickly the facilitation helped us bond as a group. That gave us a safe container to express ourselves authentically. I know that when I’m able to speak my thoughts out loud and in a safe environment, then I’m able to really analyze them and see what lands and what doesn’t. This group has helped me fill my personal power and I gained a north star.

Devon Baco,

Kelly Notaras

Chantal is one of the most visionary human beings I’ve ever encountered. She automatically sees the highest possibility in each person she meets, inspiring us to look beyond our own limited viewpoints so we can see what she sees. She has turned her own life into a journey of the heart, soul and body, always reaching for the next level of radiant aliveness for herself and others. I love this woman, and am thrilled she’s now giving other women the chance to learn her radiant ways.

Kelly Notaras,

Founder of kn literary arts

I’ve gotten a really good sense of where I get in my own way from this group as well as where I can come out and be who I am with passion and grace. I do not need to be scared or timid about who I am and what I bring to the table. This experience has helped me live a really healthy and happy life.

Jillian Schloffel,

Sue Heilbronner

Chantal is a movement maker. She is ahead of the rest of us, and her courageous path-breaking is sparking the growth of women’s power in business and of enlightened companies eager to smartly and mindfully leverage it. Why do global thought leaders show up when Chantal asks? Because no one wants to be left behind.

Sue Heilbronner,

CEO and Co-founder of MergeLane

It was the perfect blend of modern science, spirituality and female powerhouses. Sincerely amazing.

Jennifer Racioppi,

Author, Transformational Coach

The Circles helped me to get to know myself better. I learned how to tell my story powerfully and share great personal examples, which has enhanced my life and professional world. The sessions helped me learn how other women are dealing with similar struggles like mine and what decisions or solutions they implemented to move forward. So I can as well!

Brittany Knoll,

Past Participant

Kristen Wheeler

Chantal is a beacon for our exalted selves. She sees things in us that we don’t see, and she identifies the concrete possibility for that which is special in us to become manifest in the world.
