Women are transforming what it means to be a leader in our state capitols, businesses, universities, and even in our families. We’re moving from the traditional, power-focused leadership model to the next generation of leadership, which is more collaborative, inclusive, and feminine.
To be effective leaders and live our boldest lives, we need to strengthen our inner resources and overcome our inner blocks. Even high-achieving women can be held back by low confidence, perfectionism, procrastination, and anxiety. When we’re out of alignment, it can take a toll on our health, and we can lose our aliveness and passion.
In this Power Boost, Heidi will talk about the signs you’re disconnected from your values and purpose. She’ll also share neuroscience-based tips to reconnect with them, so you can live a life that feels meaningful and creates the impact you envisioned.
Heidi Normandin works with goal-driven women who are being held back in their careers and lives by anxiety or a health challenge. In her previous career, she worked with governors and state legislators, professors, and university leaders for 23 years. She observed how high-achieving women navigated traditional leadership roles and dealt with the intense stress of trying to fit into–and change–a system that was not designed for women. She witnessed many women get burned out and the impact it had on their emotional and physical health. She transitioned to coaching in 2018 after resolving her own anxiety and irritable bowel syndrome, and with a mission to help more women feel strong and confident so they can change their lives and the world.
