Cheryl L. Jones, M.A., is an exercise physiologist with extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She holds a Certificate in Spirituality from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut. She is owner of The Mindful Path and has conducted retreats at Copper Beech Institute. A mother of two, Cheryl lives in Canton, Connecticut and has been Aetna’s in-house mindfulness expert. She is author of Thriving When Your Cosmic Egg Is Cracked: A Mindful Journey and Mindful Exercise: A Bridge Between Yoga and Exercise.
